Hyatt Penn’s Landing

This isn’t our favorite Hyatt in Philadelphia. We prefer the Bellevue.

The Hyatt Penn’s landing is located in Penn’s Landing and is right on the water. Half of the hotel has water views. The water view rooms also have a view of Camden, NJ. The hotel is beautiful. However, the rooms are very small. When I travel with my parents we fall all over each other. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is about a 15 minute walk to the American Revolution sites. There are a couple of restaurants within a couple of blocks. During the summer you might find an outdoor movie or food carts behind the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic. I love the cinnamon bun French toast. I like going out on the deck at the gym level. I go at night during the summer and take in the city. We stay at this hotel when we have things to do in Camden (baseball or a concert). There is a ferry from behind the hotel to Camden. It’s simple and affordable. When we stay at this hotel we can’t very bored. Everything we like is at least 15-20 walk away from the hotel. There’s also no where to entertain ourselves at night. My mom normally take late night walks and shop, browse, and people watch. You can’t really do that at this hotel.

Below you’ll find some pictures taken from the window of my room and others are from the Penn’s Landing area. The quality isn’t the best because they are from 2010 and were taken on a phone.
